Who we work with
We buy properties ourselves where the numbers work, most often in and around Greater Manchester. Where we can't, and with your consent, we introduce you to a cash buyer or auction house that covers your area and tell you who. Either way you get a decision within 24 hours.
How an introduction works
We introduce you only if you ask us to: by ticking the introduction box when you ask for an offer, or by agreeing when we speak. We tell you which firm before we pass on your details, and we pass them to one firm, not a list. From then on you deal with that firm directly, on its own offer and terms, and you are under no obligation to sell to it.
Their terms apply, not ours. The no-fees offer and the legal fees we pay on completion apply only when we buy your property ourselves. When we introduce you to another buyer or an auction house, its own terms, fees and timescales apply, and we do not pay any of your costs.
Check any firm we introduce you to the way you would check us: on Companies House, with its redress scheme, and on an independent review site. Our guide to whether cash house buyers are legit sets out the checks.
The kinds of firm we work with
Property auction houses
Auctioneers running timed online and room auctions, for properties likely to do better at auction than with a cash buyer.
- Online auctions covering England and Wales
- London
Cash house buyers
Firms that buy with their own funds and show proof of funds before an offer is accepted.
- Yorkshire, and nationally for some property types
- Nottingham and Nottinghamshire
- Within about 50 miles of Buxton (two- and three-bedroom houses)
